This salon is amazing!! staff are really friendly and talented.customer service is excellent they made me feel welcomed the first i stepped into the shop. i get my mani+pedi and acrylics done every now and then and results turned out great every time.
my acrylics are not done thick compared to other places. overall this place is lovely.
Finally have found a great place to do my nails. Anh is very good, my nails look amazing and yes she does cover the whole nail with the polish. I hate those places where they only cover most of your nail, not completely, because they don’t want to have the trouble to clean the excess of polish.
Excellent job always, SNS & shellac pedicure always stay for more than 3 weeks.
My brows gone thinner though many times before the lady got started I told her I am trying to keep them in best possible way thick. I will of need to wait to see them grow for aged. Horriblelooking eyebrows.
Very popular salon in the area. I recommend booking in advance as they always look busy. The girls are very skilled and sweet, large selection of Opi and shellac colours. Will definitely come back.
Normally love it here but today was awful. The man in the shop, think his name is Tom, didn’t do anything I asked. Showed him a picture of French tips and I wanted it exactly like that, the base colour was a brown pink, he done it nude baby pink. One of my nails is wonky, I told him and he done nothing to change it. There was a full hair in my French nail and I said it over and over again and he kept trying to paint over it. In the end I just gave up. Left with a wonky nail with a hair in it which isn’t hygienic at all. To make it worse it was £42, they upped their prices by a LOT. I use to go and get designs or gems with French and it was cheaper. Never going back which is sad
Anh is simply the best! She graciously did my nails and eyebrows even tho she was short on time, she’s got a keen eye and is very gentle. We had a lovely conversation and Richmond spa will be my new regular salon.
